Hourly or daily rental includes the barn, fields and woods. Custom quote given upon request- let me know your creative scope (non-commercial or commercial, film, photography, workshop, etc.), how many hours/days and how many people will be on site. Non-commercial rates start at $75 per hour. A private site tour can be arranged. Old Owen Barn is not accessible without a private site tour invitation or signed contract.
Old Owen Barn is an ideal rental location for:

- creative location for writing, painting & crafts
- creative workshops
- photo content sessions
- senior portraits
- photo mini sessions
- portal painting workshops
- intimate gatherings
Requirements: Signed contract and COL. Old Owen Barn LLC must be furnished with a Certificate of Liability (referred to as COL). A COL can be obtained through your business insurance, homeowner insurance, rental insurance or short-term insurance can be purchased at www.thimble.com and www.theeventhelper.com.
