Hourly or daily rental includes the barn, fields and woods. Custom quote given upon request- let me know your creative scope (non-commercial or commercial, film, photography, workshop, etc.), how many hours/days and how many people will be on site. Non-commercial rates start at $75 per hour. A private site tour can be arranged. Old Owen Barn is not accessible without a private site tour invitation or signed contract.
Old Owen Barn is an ideal rental location for:
- photo sessions
- video/film shoots
- music videos
- wedding, engagement and elopement sessions
- senior portraits
- editorial and product shoots
- creative location for writing, painting & crafts
- photo content sessions
- photo mini sessions
Requirements: Signed contract and COL. Old Owen Barn LLC must be furnished with a Certificate of Liability (referred to as COL). A COL can be obtained through your business insurance, homeowner insurance, rental insurance or short-term insurance can be purchased at Thimble, The Event Helper and Athos Insurance.
Photo Rental Pricing:
1 hour $75
2 hours $150
3 hours $225
Mini 1 hour (4 clients) $125
Mini 2 hours (8 clients) $275
Mini 3 hours (12 clients) $425
