Hourly or daily rental includes the barn, fields and woods. Custom quote given upon request- let me know your creative scope (film, photography, workshop, etc.), how many hours/days and how many people will be on site. Non-commercial rates start at $75 per hour. A private site tour can be arranged. Old Owen Barn is not accessible without a private site tour invitation or signed contract.
Old Owen Barn is an ideal location for:
- photo sessions
- video/film shoots
- editorial and product shoots
- creative location for writing, painting & crafts
- creative workshops
- photo content sessions
- photo mini sessions
- portal painting workshops
- intimate weddings
Requirements: Signed contract and COI. Old Owen Barn LLC must be furnished with a Certificate of Insurance (referred to as COI). A COI can be obtained through your business insurance, homeowner insurance, rental insurance or short-term insurance can be purchased at www.thimble.com and www.theeventhelper.com.
If you are interested in a photo session, but do not have a photographer please contact me as I am happy to give great recommendations.
